Day Programs & Group Activities
Days with a point to them
Centre-based day programs and group activities built around skills, not around filling a day โ cooking, art, music, gardening, swimming, indoor sport and life skills, in small groups with familiar faces in a space participants come to know as their own. You don't have to take our word for what they look like: two years of them are on our channel.

Community Outings
Every Tuesday, out in the city
A weekly outing across Sydney โ cathedrals and galleries, harbour walks, indoor skydiving, markets and fireworks. Not a bus trip to pass the afternoon: each outing is planned so participants practise real skills โ public transport, ordering, paying, navigating a crowd, asking for help โ in the actual city they live in. Same day every week, so it becomes something to look forward to.

Accommodation
A safe place to stay โ for a weekend, or for good
Short Term Accommodation (STA) for weekend respite and supported holidays. Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) when housing isn't ready โ after a hospital discharge, between homes, or while a long-term place is being arranged. And Supported Independent Living (SIL) for participants moving into a home of their own, with 24/7 support, RN oversight where it's needed, and housemates chosen with care rather than by vacancy.

Allied Health
The right therapist, not just an available one
We connect you with experienced allied health professionals โ occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, dietitians and behaviour support practitioners โ drawn from a network we've built over years of working alongside them. We know who is genuinely good with complex needs, who explains things clearly to families, and who works well in Korean or with an interpreter. Then we coordinate the team so their reports and your plan actually line up. You choose. We give you options and the information to compare them โ never a single name.

Life Skills for Independence
The skills that open the next door
Skill development that builds the everyday capabilities independence rests on โ managing time and routines, using public transport with confidence, handling money, communicating and following instructions, personal presentation, and working out what to do when a day doesn't go to plan. Taught through real tasks in real settings, not worksheets, and paced to the participant rather than to a program calendar. These are the same foundations that make study, volunteering or a first job possible later on.

Every Tuesday, our outings take us to Sydneyโs iconic attractions, providing an enjoyable experience that positively impacts cognitive and emotional development for individuals with disabilities. These activities foster social participation and a sense of belonging. We also have lots of indoor activities such as Bungee physio, flying yoga, craft class, calligraphy, coding class and so on.
